Meet the team

  • Phil Tino

    Phil brings 30 years experience in the restaurant / customer service business. As a chef, Phil has had the opportunity to work with many of Hill Marketing’s products at one time or another on the consumer end of things. He also brings his extensive knowledge of meat and seafood, which includes meat cutting, product handling, recipe ideas and ways to market items for all products.

  • Dana Lee

    Dana brings previous food brokerage experience to Hill Marketing along with an administrative and customer service background of over 40 years in a variety of industries. Additionally, she and her husband have owned and managed a small gourmet frozen food distribution company serving seven states out of Boise since 1995.

  • Evan Fisher

    Evan brings to HMI 14 years of food service and restaurant experience in Idaho and Colorado from fine dining to Mom & Pop bar and grills. He has extensive knowledge from raw to finished products and a true passion to bring success to an operator and satisfaction to their customers.
